Let me preface this post with “Im missed posting yesterday”.
After this weekend’s exploration of allowing less strict behavior around food, I don’t think I’ll be using that time as suggested. It’s not that I went crazy or anything, it’s just that the method fully allowed for feature creep to enter my patterns of behavior and I don’t like the way that felt. With the condition I’m in and where I’m trying to go, I don’t think that serves me (yet) and I don’t want to derail my progress. Feature creep definitely takes energy away from my ability to go 💯.
This is about setting myself up for the discipline and lasting change. I do better with a full plan.
